Due to the FedEx transit delays and the holidays, please expect shipping delays.
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DOES OPAL ACCEPT?
OPAL accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover. Online orders can also be placed via Apple Pay, Amazon Pay, Paypal, Afterpay, Google Pay and Shop Pay Installments.
We only accept 1 form of payment at this time, besides the combination of an OPAL gift card and another form of payment.
WHEN DOES MY FORM OF PAYMENT GET CHARGED?
You will be charged upon order placement. Any canceled items / canceled orders will be refunded to the original form of payment.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP OUT?
Orders placed after 12pm EST, and on weekends and holidays, will be submitted for processing the following business day. Expedited orders placed after 12pm EST, and on weekends and holidays, will be processed and shipped out the following business day.
We typically process orders within 2-4 business days (Monday-Friday) for all in-stock items. Transit time may be extended due to incomplete shipping address (i.e. missing or invalid apartment number/street number), weather conditions and/or high volume.
During peak times, such as holidays and special sales (e.g. Friends & Family, Spend & Save), there will be additional processing times of 4-5 business days before ground shipping orders will ship.

We do not ship to PO Boxes or APO addresses and do not deliver on Saturdays and Sundays.
CANCELING OR MAKING CHANGES TO AN ORDER
Depending on the status of your order, it may be possible to cancel in full/remove an item from your order, or change the shipping address. Please note that free shipping orders are not eligible for an address change once shipped.
