CONSIGNMENTS

Here at Opal, we focus on providing high-quality resold clothes. In order to do so, we require consignments from users like you. We will provide various payments for any clothes submitted.

If a garment is deemed unsatisfactory by our quality standards, Opal has the ability to donate the garment to a non-profit organization, OR the item may be returned to your address for a $10 fee

FAQ

What is your returns policy?

 

If your donation is found to be unfit for resale, we will transfer it to homeless shelters so that it can go to those in need. If you would like, you can provide your return address, and we will ship them back to you, however, you will be responsible for the shipping costs.

What happens if my clothes aren't sold?

After two months, your clothes will be transferred to our mobile thrift store (the bus), and from there will be distributed to lower-income individuals who don't have equal access to quality clothes

What are your delivery options?

 

You can ship your clothes in through the mail, and you will be responsible for shipping costs. Also, over time we will be implementing drop boxes for in-person dontations.
